Wearable tech are all the rage nowadays, and fitness band is one of the most popular and affordable.  The Striiv touch fitness band is priced surprisingly low for what it can do; it doubles as a notification display for your smartphone.

It works for both iPhones and Android phones, showing incoming calls and text messages on its touch screen display.  And yes, it also does sleep quality monitoring which is a popular feature on higher priced fitness bands.
